For couples who have planned and booked most of their vendors but want a professional team to finalise details and execute the day flawlessly. This package begins approximately six weeks before the wedding and focuses on reviewing contracts, confirming rentals and décor, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every timeline runs seamlessly.

Our most popular partial-planning option, ideal for couples who have secured their venue but need guidance with design, vendor coordination, and creative execution. This package includes venue walkthroughs, tastings, design and budget meetings, and hands-on assistance developing a cohesive visual direction.

Full-Service Planning

Begins immediately after booking — Full Planning
Our full-service planning experience for couples who want complete support from concept to completion. This package includes venue search and selection, supplier recommendations, guest accommodation assistance, and ongoing creative direction throughout the planning process. We manage every detail—from floral and rental design to stationery and table styling.

Packages are based on guest counts of 150 or fewer and one location. Weddings exceeding 150 guests or including multiple locations will require additional coordination.
